I accept all major credit cards as payment methods. Please note that checks are not accepted. For out-of-pocket patients, payment is due at the time of service, and a good faith estimate can be provided. Additionally, insurance accepted will vary, so please inquire for details.

Good Faith Estimate
• 99205 New patient office visit of high complexity or lasting 60-74 min $275. This visit will include a good faith estimate of potential costs.
• 99215 Established patient office visit of high complexity or lasting 42-54 min $200. We accept various insurance plans for this service.
• 99214 Established patient office visit of moderate complexity or lasting 41-40 min $150, with multiple payment methods available.
• 99213 Established patient visit of moderate to low complexity or lasting 20-29 min $75.
• 99212 Established patient visit of low complexity or lasting 19-10 minutes $50.
• 99417 Extended service code every 15 minutes past maximum time code $25.
• 90838 Psychotherapy add-on 60 minutes $100.
• 90836 Psychotherapy add-on 45 minutes $80.
• 90833 Psychotherapy add-on 30 minutes $65. Note that add-on codes are in addition to office visits, where the complexity will be charged, not the time.
• 90837 Psychotherapy individual 60 min $140.
• 90834 Psychotherapy individual 45 minutes $110.
